Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Use within 2–3 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing — freeze on the day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Serving Suggestion:
