Storage and Prep

  • Slow Cook: Brown lamb, then add vegetables, stock, or sauce. Cover and cook for 2–3 hours until tender.

  • Oven Bake: Place in a casserole dish with herbs, spices, and vegetables. Cover and bake at 160°C (140°C fan) for 2–2.5 hours.

  • Hob: Simmer gently in sauces or curries for 1.5–2 hours until the lamb is soft and full of flavour

Once opened, use within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Serving Suggestion:
Serves 3–4 people per 500g. Best enjoyed with creamy mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, or warm crusty bread.
