Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use within 2–3 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing — freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Serving Suggestion:
Marinate with garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon, then grill or pan-fry for 3–4 minutes per side for medium. Serve with roasted vegetables, creamy mash, or couscous and a dollop of mint yogurt.
