Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use within 2–3 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing — freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Serving Suggestion:
