Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Use within 2–3 days of purchase. Suitable for freezing — freeze on the day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Serving Suggestion:
For best results, boil the joint for 20 minutes per 500g, then finish in the oven for 20–30 minutes with your favourite glaze — try honey & mustard, brown sugar & cloves, or maple syrup. Serve hot with roast potatoes, green beans, and a mustard sauce, or let cool and slice thinly for sandwiches, salads, or a ploughman’s platter
